  • Virtual Call Center Rep (Remote)

    CyberBoost, in partnership with Arise Virtual Solutions, is seeking motivated and professional Virtual Call Center Representatives. This is a 1099 contractor position where you choose the client program(s) you support and get paid per project. It’s an ideal role for individuals looking for flexible, remote work with the ability to build their own schedule.


    Responsibilities:


    Provide customer service support for leading brands through the Arise platform


    Handle inbound calls, chat, or email depending on the client program


    Resolve customer inquiries with professionalism and accuracy


    Meet project-specific service level agreements (SLAs) and quality requirements


    Maintain confidentiality and compliance with client and CyberBoost standards


    Compensation:


    Paid per project / per client program (rates vary by project)


    Earnings typically range from $10–$17/hour equivalent, depending on performance and client selection


    Opportunity to choose multiple projects for increased earning potential


    Qualifications:


    Previous customer service or call center experience preferred, but not required


    Strong communication skills and professional phone etiquette


    Access to a quiet, distraction-free workspace with high-speed internet


    Willingness to undergo Arise certification for selected client programs


    Must be self-motivated and able to work independently

  • Virtual Call Center Recruiter (Remote)

    Overview:

    We’re seeking a driven Virtual Call Center Recruiter to help expand our virtual workforce. This role is commission-only and rewards recruiters who can source and onboard qualified agents quickly.


    Responsibilities:


    Source and recruit candidates for call center opportunities


    Screen resumes and conduct virtual interviews


    Manage candidate pipelines and track hires


    Support onboarding and coordinate with operations team


    Compensation:


    100% commission-based


    Earn commission per successfully onboarded hire


    Additional bonuses for meeting or exceeding recruitment targets


    Qualifications:


    2+ years recruiting experience (call center or remote workforce preferred)


    Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and virtual hiring processes

    Overview:

    CyberBoost is looking for a motivated IT Sales Representative to grow our footprint across government, nonprofit, and enterprise clients. This is a commission-only position, ideal for someone who thrives on building relationships and closing deals in IT, GovCon, and SaaS spaces.


    Responsibilities:


    Identify and pursue B2B and government contracting opportunities


    Drive sales of CyberBoost services (cloud, SharePoint, software, cybersecurity, and web design)


    Build relationships with decision-makers and procurement officers


    Collaborate with marketing on outreach campaigns


    Deliver consistent pipeline growth and contract wins


    Compensation:


    100% commission-based with uncapped earning potential

    Qualifications:


    3+ years in IT, GovCon, or SaaS sales is highly desirable but not neccessary 


    Strong understanding of procurement processes and small business contracting

  • Source, screen, and recommend IT professionals for CyberBoost and client projects
  • Post job listings across platforms and manage candidate pipelines
  • Assist with scheduling interviews and coordinating with project managers
  • Maintain compliance with recruiting best practices and client requirements


Compensation:

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in building, designing, and maintaining websites for clients (WordPress, Shopify, and other platforms)
  • Collaborate with CyberBoost designers and project managers on web development tasks
  • Test, troubleshoot, and optimize websites for performance and security
  • Support ongoing updates, feature requests, and client needs

Compensation:

  • 100% commission-based
  • Paid a percentage of revenue from client projects worked on
  • Opportunity to gain hands-on client-facing project experience

Qualifications:

  • Basic knowledge of WordPress, Shopify, or similar platforms
  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
  • Portfolio or class projects demonstrating skills (preferred)
