Full job description:
CyberBoost is now hiring WFH IT Recruiter Interns for multiple specialized projects. Providing exceptional customer service and sales support is key to success. Representatives must be comfortable supporting customers by phone and through email correspondence.
To be considered, applicants must reside in the US.  CyberBoost does not provide equipment. 


Ideal Candidates:
A dependable, ambitious and positive person who is a natural at selling and communicating with customers. You like working on computers. You love talking to people. You’re a strong team player. You are motivated to help customers.


Requirements:


  • Wired headset and ethernet connection required.
  • Must be someone who loves learning new things
  • Quiet, secure and uninterrupted home work environment.
  • Reliable phone, internet, and ethernet connection.
  • Candidates will be required to pass a customer service assessment.
  • Must be 18 years or older and have a HS diploma or GED.
  • Comfortable in learning and using digital tools.

This is a completely remote position. Individuals interested in learning information technology will find this resource useful. Prior experience is not required for this role but candidate should have some graphic design skills and/or willingness to learn. The duration of the internship are six months with possibility for extension.  To be considered for an internship, you must be a high school graduate or have written recommendations. Candidates must have laptop and reliable internet access
